HOW TO USE THE DIGITAL MAP

You can easy see distance, ascends and descends in the map.

You can also switch between different map layers; like:
- Ride With GPS-map
- Satellite map
- Google map
- OSM Cycle: special map for cyclists
On desktop: use dropdown-meny
On mobil: click layer-button

Click on the different Points of Interests marked in the map to get more information.
​
The line marking the trail is solid when the surface is asphalt and striped when it´s gravel.

Underneath the map you will see the elevation curve. The different surfaces is also shown here.

NAVIGATION
We use the app Ride with GPS to make the routes and for navigation. The app is free, but if you want turn-by-turn navigation you need to upgrade to Basic plan.

If you want to use a different app/Garmin, you can download GPX-track to your own device. Just hit the "Download GPX" button that´s provided at the bottom of every map.

The navigation can be power-consuming so we usually bring a powerbank for the longest distances.
​
​
The phone-holder is also a must-have for us. There´s a lot of these on the marked, but we love the RAM Mounts X-Grip.
